Miss Artemis Beige

Born- January 20th 2004
Died- March 10th 2006
Name meaning- 'Artemis' after the Greek goddess of Hunting, which seemed to fit. And also because of the Artemis Fowl books, which I thought were amusing. And 'Beige' because of her beige hood.
Nicknames- Arty, Artykins, Arts, Artybear, Arty Party.
Colour/markings- Beige hooded.
Health- She had one tumour at age 2 years and was blinded in one eye not long after. A few days before she died she developed head tilt.
Bio- I got Arty at random from a pet store. I saw her face and couldn't resist it. The next day I got her companion, Kuza. Arty was a cute, happy active ratlet who loved exploring. Although slightly older and less active now, she's still very adventurous. She's never been sooky the way Kuza is, but I know she loves me. She also likes facial spelunking and sticks her whole head in my mouth if I let her.
Personality- Arty is the sweetest little thing. She's sort of dopey, and she gets the funniest looks on her face. When she's happy, she grunts at me. She's my sweetie-kins. She's finally starting to get sookier now, nearly two years old. She'll flop on my lap and snooze. Still not the sooky Mummy's girl Kuza is, but she's a love.
Fond memories- I remember when she was little, and I was sitting on my bedroom floor with Arty and Kuza. The cupboard doors were open, and little Arty decided she wanted to investigate so she went bounding into the cupboard. She climbed up onto a pile of papers which went everywhere and little Arty actually backflipped off them. She ended up sitting dazed adminst a pile of scattered papers. And I remember falling asleep on my bed one afternoon when I had the girls out and I woke to find Arty licking my nose, sitting squarely on my forehead.
